From England with Love

The project explores the social contrasts of the English society.Made of several series, each of them is documenting the social culture of an environment through its everyday life.

They compare the social differences of a country that is at once communitarian, extravagant, progressive and conservatist, and the cultural differences of a population that is still very attached to the origin of its social class.

Up North

Scotland is a fascinating country where the land and the sky match together in a unique northern mood. A land with great colours and an infinite number of tones. A land with rough contrasts and magical atmospheres. A land where human beings live in harmony with their natural environment.

In 2007, I made Scotland my home. During that time, I travelled every part of the country, walking the rough textures of its wild landscapes, documenting its cultural life and driving through some of its most isolated roads. I left in 2011 but returned to it regularly.
